Rental conditions Casa Fitzcarraldo, Lezzeno
1) Cleaning
On departure the house should be cleaned up, including disposing garbage and sweeping out the chimney.
2) Beds
The house disposes of 2 bedrooms with both a large double bed with seperate
matrasses. Additionally, there is a large, beautifully renovated attic with 5 individual beds.
Maximum occupation for the house is 8 person
3) Cleaning costs
Costs for final cleaning and bed linen and towels should be settled together
with the rental payment.
4) Rental agreement and payment
The rental agreement is considered valide as soon as 25% of the rental price
is received. The total amount should be paid at least 1 month before arrival.
5) Costs when a booking is cancelled
6 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the total rent
3 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rent
1 months before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rent
6) Damage
Renters are responsible for damage, etc. In case a renter adds something to
the inventory of the house the costs might be reimbursed.
